 Welcome to my Ohio Genealogy site! As I began researching my family roots, I found that being descended from MARTIN, SMITH, FOLEY & MCDONALD was not a blessing when searches returned THOUSANDS OF HITS! The good news is that ALL of my roots CAME FROM and STAYED IN OHIO, all except for me as I was born and raised and still live in FLORIDA. I began collecting Ohio specific ON-LINE databases in my favorites folder, from which this site was born! If you find yourself in the same boat, too far from the local libraries you need, researching names that are WAY to common, this site may be helpful for you. |
